Crypto-Loot is a multi use site its not for URL Shorteners, it also offers Cryptojacking scripts and captchas for people to implement on their website. Everything is paid through Monero in this site, which is very popular crypto-currency. This service however works differently with short URL's it doesn't show you ads instead it uses hash rate (Which you are able to set yourself) when person enters to the link, default is 1024 hashes and thats something that probably takes below a 1 minute to pass depending on computer. Does this pay more than the advertising model? Not sure.

Linkshrink

LinkShrink is pretty great service able to payout in Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin and fiat options of PayPal and payoneer which have smaller payment thresholds. When it comes innovators of the short URL space, Linkbucks is among AdFly are ones that started the whole thing - they have been around for very long time. While their bitcoin rate may not sound best out there, there is something that Linkbucks have that most competition don't and thats popunder links. Also among this they have site enter link and also full site script options.

THECRYPTOURL

Another option that gives you a cool crypto URL and lets you track traffic where the clicks from in the world. However this site doesn't pay you anything for these clicks even though they display advertisements on their URL's, maybe not best option out there.

mellow ads

Mellow ads is one of the biggest Crypto currency advertisement sites, its really hard to get your own site registered actually. But they also offer advertising services among a URL shortener that has 7 different URL choices. Example of one their links.
