What's the deal with Bitcoin Gold?
Hey guys, so I knew about this upcomming potential Segwit 2 fork comming in November, but just recently began hearing about Bitcoin gold.
I was wondering if someone could fill me in. I've heard mixed things. I've heard some sources claim that it was already forked on October 1, but they are premining 60 some million before releasing it, however I also just read another article that says it's planned for October 25
Just curious if someone can set the record straight on what exactly it is, why it's happening, etc?
One last thing, I've also read some stuff saying that it lacks community support so may not even wind up happening so just curious what the deal is, if it's going to happen, and what it means for us as well as how we'll collect our Bitcoin Gold?
