AMC to start count on bitcoin payments

Cinema franchise AMC will soon start count on Bitcoin payments by the end of the 2021, the company's CEO has announced it.

Adam Aron said in his earnings report, “In the past six months, I have had to learn more about blockchain and cryptocurrencies than I have learned in the last 10 years.”

“This knowledge gives me the confidence to say to all of you today that AMC has officially announced that it will have an information technology system that can accept Bitcoin by the end of the year.”
