Money is just a unit of account. It's the productive capacity of people that creates wealth.
The current "unit of account" for keeping track of value is centrally controlled and continuously manipulated.
A better unit of account is one that, by virtue of design, cannot violate its own rules. It's fortified against outside manipulation by the universal laws of mathematics. We call it Bitcoin.
