Is BTC ready for next step

We see infrastructure grow. Governments all over the world have totally different take on bitcoin now then what they had a year ago. Law are made or being worked on and at the same time we see huge money waiting around the corner to jump right in as soon as everything is legit.
Black Rock, Fidelity, are ready to fire up their crypto related services.
Bakkt is ready to go live on December 12th and NSDAQ wants to have BTC listed in the first half of 2019.

So its no more the question IF but WHEN
