BTC is this accumulation time?

We never know if the bottom is now or if we going lower, however we are closer to bottom then top for sure.

I see there is a huge investments going into #bitcoin now at this prices. Does this mean people who are buying know something we do not know.

At this moment while BTC is around $3400 I do think we are testing the lows and will get up from here to new ATH getting close to 100K per BTC
I could be totally wrong but this is what I'm betting on ;)
