REALT : INNOVATION IN GLOBAL MARKETPLACE FOR PROPERTY LISTING AND RENTALS

WHAT IS REALT?

REALT is a World marketplace. The global REALT marketplace will include advertising services for all types of real estate, evolving to millions of for-sale and rental listings. REALT tokens will be used to pay for services.
HOW IT WORKS
REALT will create an Airbnb-style marketplace on cryptocurrency and innovative blockchain technologies. Airbnb refers to an online marketplace that enables people to lease and rent short term accommodation or lodging. On the REALT marketplace, it involves the Host and the Guest.
The Host lists property and real estates for rentals and leasing on the REALT marketplace.
The Guest is more like the user who wishes to rent an apartment.
The user initiates a contact with the host, payments are made through smart contract using REALT tokens. At this no, additional charges is incurred by both parties.
WHY REALT?
In the conventional real estate rentals, the fees and commissions charged are very high. What REALT aims to do is cut down these excessive charges. REALT marketplace will be free from commissions and charges, and people will use RLT token to pay for services. Renting price on REALT marketplace most likely will be lower. There will no currency conversion because all payments are made in REALT tokens.
REALT CURRENCY
The REALT token – RLT is a cryptographic currency to be used in the REALT marketplace. RLT token will allow fees-free REALT marketplace to grow rapidly and to save lots of money for everyone by avoiding unnecessary charges and also by reducing renting price. The main value of RLT tokens is in its functions. By using RLT token, people can pay for services, starting from renting rooms and apartments.
