Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kiev Agenda Announced
The third annual Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kiev will take place on September 23, 2016, in the capital of Ukraine. According to Smile Expo, the event’s organizers, this year’s conference will be the largest industry event in the post-Soviet space.
The conference’s agenda will be split in three separate flows (levels): rookies, pros, and developers.The rookie level will feature topics like “Bitcoin: how to get it, how to keep it, and how to spend it”; “Mining: how it works, is it profitable, and why does it halve”; “Trading: exchanges and price fluctuations”; and “Blockchain: diversity of applications (fintech, management, smart contracts, DAO, the internet of things).The devs level will feature discussions about creation of smart contracts and apps across different blockchains, mining issues, and error analysis of the existing projects. The flow will be hosted by Andrei Zamovski, founder of Ambisafe.
“IT developers and entrepreneurs will have practical training on writing serverless apps and Ethereum-based smart contracts, as well as analysis of typical errors faced by enthusiast developers. Those involved in hardware and mining will have an option of attending a workshop on assembly and adjustment of a mining station. Other topics include analysis of PoS and Lisk algorithms, and the battle of blockchains: Bitcion v Ethereum v NXT v BitShares v Dash. The developers will present their projects based on different blockschains, and the audience will select the winner,” the organizers say.
The Pro level for the industry experts will feature speeches split in three blocks:the Finance block will cover new blockchain projects and relations with national banks;the Fintech block will be dedicated to blockchain in banking;the Govtech block will see the creators and the developers of the eAuction project talking about the story behind its creation and launch.The section will also feature an overview of govtech trends, blockchain-based registration services, smart contracts application in business.
