I agree that an ETF will be allowed soon. I struggle to find James Altucher as the most reliable source. Most of the time I feel like we are UFO spotters! James Altucher fits in on our side of the fence (the hair helps!). That's why i think the best press is when someone like Jamie Dimon comes out and says he dead against it. At least then someone main stream sees it.
