The transparency of the team is commendable. Lot's of projects only talking about winning. These guys talk about a plan to win even if they lose sometimes.

I like that they were honest
I agree, very few teams would have the guts to admit their weaknesses. It honestly helps them earn a plus point.
Yea they won't hide anything later on
