YOU WILL NOT BUY BITCOIN...steemCreated with Sketch.

So here's the thing.

I've been mining Bitcoin and alt coins for years but never actually purchased Bitcoin with Fiat currency through an exchange using my bank account.
That was the case until a couple of days ago where I set about purchasing some Bitcoin.

I'm sure many of you have done this and it would be good to hear from you and see if you've had the same issue that I've just experienced.

I purchased some Bitcoin from coinify.com a couple of days ago and yesterday received a letter from my bank saying my account has been restricted due to suspected fraudulent activity.

This restriction stopped me from using my card for purchases and also stopped me from taking cash out of my account.

They explained that it was a precautionary procedure and it was easy enough to get my account unrestricted.
(After waiting half an hour on the phone and answer 100 questions!!!)

The issue is.
Is this a deliberate behind the seen activity/procedure in which the government's and banks are trying to stem and reduce the flow of Bitcoin purchases?
Trying to suppress the market and restrict its flow as they have no way of stopping the crypto revolution?

Hope we can have a conversation about this issue.
Have a wonderful day :)
Thanks.
