Robbed of all my Bitcoin

So I was scrolling around youtube when I remebered Adam Guerbuez made a video on something called a cloud pack and at the time all the bitcoin I had was worth ten dollars and that was the least you could put into the cloud packs so I decided to buy one cloud pack so I paid them all my bitcoin and took a video of it for my YT channel and as proof just in case it failed and what do ya know it said it bought it and it redirected me to their home page and it said thank you for purchasing then I clicked on login but then I remembered that they never asked me for a password and so I just assumed that if I just put in a password it would auto set a password and it did not work so I decided to check my email and it said hello (personal info) you are close to finishing your account just pay here (btc address). So then I sent the video to their support and I still have not got anything back scince. So I recomend you not to use minex they will screw you over.
