The Brazilian government is seeking to move popular petitions, an inefficient electoral system of the country, onto the Ethereum network, to process hundreds of millions of votes on the immutable Blockchain network.
In Brazil, popular petitions enable over 145 mln voters across the country to come to a consensus on important political decisions. But, for many decades, political experts and analysts have questioned the logistical issue of popular petitions, and political commentators have described the structural problem of the electoral system of Brazil as the basis for most of the country’s political issues.

We broke, as expected, the resistance line and we are now moving around that line which is prooving that this line is a good indicator.
To confirm that move, we must now go test the next resistance line, the upper red line. If we are able to break it, we will go to make new highs on the BTC.

One reason is simple... People are not able to register on trading platforms for weeks now... When they will re-open, it will bring fresh investments.
What exchanges are banning new users? I heard of Binance banning US citizens but I'm from the Eu so I don't care about it that much.
Great crypto update as always buddy. Am glad that i am still holding ETH in my portfolio since the time i bought it at 100 levels a year ago. Hope to see 2018 blasting all cryptos through the roof. Regards Nainaz.

ouch, the story of the ledger nano holder is so painful. i am impressed by the creativity formed through malicious intend... i know, post-war everyone's a general, but: buying such an important device off of an ebay-seller with possibly only a few positive reviews is a bit of a gamble. lastly, the device was not even tampered with, it does appear as if using the device as intended in the handbook and resetting keys, the thief would have never gotten hold of any keys. :/
