EU Lawmaker Wants to Include ICOs in New Crowdfunding Rules
Ashley Fox, the UK’s representative on the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, has drafted a proposal centred on possible ways in which Europe’s crowd-funding platform operators and companies could be regulated.
According to an accompanying note, Fox believes that the proposed framework presents an opportunity to introduce formal regulation of a particular subset public ICOs (those raising less than EUR8m).

Could you sneak a cat past the doges?
That's the idea behind a new game launched by Kleros, an ethereum-based startup that raised $2.5 million in the first round of its crypto token sale in July. Called "Doges on Trial," the game is designed around the principle of crypto-economics: the theory that a properly designed system of incentives based on cryptocurrency tokens will yield the desired user behavior.

Amateur Crypto Investors Caused the Burst, Japanese Expert Says
Strengthening regulations will increase crypto investors’ protection, and the amateur speculation bubble will end, says Masayuki Tashiro, representative director of Fiscalo Digital Asset Group and market analyst, who handles a crypto business in Japan. The real value of cryptocurrency will be questioned after we leave the bubble, the expert says.

Yesterday I was explaining you that the little support line that I traced in red was holding the drop on the STEEM. It even created a nice bounce that we saw today. The problem that I have is that due to this bounce we are now in the middle of the 2 lines (support line in red and resistance in orange). This is always difficult to predict the direction that we will take and I'm really afraid that this bounce is just a pause and that we wll go try to break the resistance line in red very soon. Stay carefull, it is just a bounce of 0.10$ while we lost several dollars the last weeks.
