I think direction is very hard to predict in this sluggish environment...at this point volume is almost the same, both in the red and green candles...look like a couple of big traders are just trading back and forth...making it impossible to predict the general direction..
It is indeed the case and we can also consider these moves as consolidation before a break out which will be a major move in one direction
