RE: HODL was BAD for the TULIP MANIA

Zencash can learn a lot from Seth Godin. I don't have much respect for marketing guys but Seth is actually someone who I can approve of. ZEN should focus on a eco system than the product itself or it's not going to have any chance against a behemoth like Dash. Also it needs marketing and (RE)branding. The cash in ZEN itself is a red flag. Look at PIVX. It's a ripoff with commitment and aggressive marketing. I worked and the coin may even gone over $1 billion by mid 2018.

PIVX is your guide to make a killer ripoff that shoot to the moon. They ARE a clone; but a PURPLE clone.

Ok, I have some good homework for tonight now! Thanks!

That guy in the video was a bit too much.

Why is "cash" a red flag? What does that bring up for you?

Zencash is certainly aiming to tout the community/ecosystem, from what I gather on the Slack. There have recently been new logo designs floating around and there's currently a Tagline competition. So, we'll see I guess, but I think a bunch of the things you are looking for are happening. It's just very early in the game for this project and I guess we'll see if there's staying power.

"Cash" is an overused term. It's like all those companies having a .com at the end during the dot-com bubble but less severe. When a small crypto use the term people will be subconciously thinking of all the big coins that have "Cash" at the end. Then there are lots of scam-ish coins with "Cash" at the end. You loose originality and also get negative impressions by using "Cash".
