Why BitCoin is not growing?

I think bitcoin is not growing because China offered people to take the BitCoin money back until September 30th.
I think after 30th September will unban the BitCoin and after that BitCoin will grow more than 5000$ which is the limit until now.
Even if China will not unban BitCoin , BitCoin will still grow because it is supported from many countries.
