let's hope ! i don't invest in none of them, but only invested my "free" time to steemit for the steem.
so this is the right time to buy some BTC or ETH and to HODL them ?

Bitcoin could be a buy.. but please do your own research...
I cannot say anything for Ether.
Eos is better than Eth.
Only invest what you can afford to lose.
To be safer, maybe use some liquid steem to buy BTC or any other crypto you like. (Aka reinvest Steem).
Putting in your fiat money is definitely not what Id advise you.
