Excellent article. While this is favorable regulation, and reasonable, since BTC is a currency that of necessity must be transmissible, it does show that BTC is vulnerable to unfavorable regulation. The claims that BTC is immune to regulation, taxation, or control by banks and governments should be taken with dump truck loads of salt.

PS the upvote by @cheetah indicates that you have reposted this content from another source. I don't find that unsavory (as you make no claim to be the originator, and seem to merely be reposting a story you find useful, so that others might find it, which is exactly what happened for me, and I appreciate it), but, unless you provide an attribution to the originator of the content, the source where you found it, some would accuse you of plagiarism, or pretending to be the originator.
