Great review.
I agree that if Bitcoin solves its main issues without a major separation due to a fork, it will stay top of other currencies.
Another important point is safety and security of the smart contracts. It might affect the valuation of cryptocurrencies after major breaches. Ethereum seems like having problems in that realm.
Ethereum is definitely having a rough go these last few weeks...either a developing trend or a great buying opportunity-welcome to "el casino crypto" !
