@sandeeptgs this happened to me as well,during bull run in december my BTC was stuck there and i only got it in february after 2 long months.Worse of any Indian Exchange. Never use that. No Support at all.
Even tried to contact their CEO Sykam reddy om linked in.
Here are screenshots of the same conversation. Have a look at his replies. and he is some politician in Hyderabad as seen in his Facebook profile.
