Craig Wright's signature is worthless

"JoukeH discovered that the signature on Craig Wright's blog post is not a signature of any "Sartre" message, but just the signature inside of Satoshi's 2009 Bitcoin transaction. It absolutely doesn't show that Wright is Satoshi, and it does very strongly imply that the purpose of the blog post was to deceive people. So Craig Wright is once again shown to be a likely scammer. When will the media learn?"

Evidence that Craig Wright is not Satoshi: he doesn't understand selfish mining

"Craig Wright has a confused article about Bitcoin mining on his site. If you understand mining, it should be immediately obvious from reading this that Wright is not a major player behind Satoshi. If I had seen this without knowing the author, I would have guessed that it was written by a slightly above average high school student who had researched Bitcoin for a couple weeks and had written a very small amount of code in their life."

"FYI: signing any block after the genesis block isn't good evidence you're Satoshi as Bitcoin was released publicly w/o a pre-mine. When Bitcoin was released on the cryptography mailing list, only block #0 existed - everything after could be mined by the public. "So Craig Wright is claiming to be Satoshi, and importantly, Gavin Andreson believes him. I say importantly because normally I wouldn’t even give this document a second thought, it’s obviously scam style. But Gavin. Yet, the procedure that’s supposed to prove Dr. Wright is Satoshi is aggressively, almost-but-not-quite maliciously resistant to actual validation. OK, anyone can take screenshots of their terminal, but sha256sums of everything but the one file you actually would like a hash of? More importantly, lots of discussion of how cryptography works, but not why we should consider this particular public key interesting."

"If someone steps forward to claim that they are Satoshi Nakamoto, or is outed as such, there likely will be evidence put forward to substantiate the claim.
