I guess you need to ask are they different and, if so, how?
To me, I think they are different in that under the crypto is technology which does not operate on a bubble scale.
Bubble is a financial term used to describe a market. In crypto, does the market override what is going on with the technology?
That is the question people are seeking the answer to. If the answer is yes, I think you could state it is a bubble.
