Comparing 1986 - 1987 Stock Market, Silver, 10 Year Treasury Markets To Today and BITCOIN
It's almost the end of the year...over the past month and a half I've been looking at patterns in history and comparing them to today. Things can change and evolve but the setup at this time is higher equities, lower price in bonds and perhaps a lower price in silver (that is for the next couple of weeks for silver). There's talk about all time new highs and triple digit silver, the only way I see that in the charts is if the US dollar gets cut in half. Silver should go up, but perhaps not until Trump's inauguration day / week, which is also Martin Luther King day on January 16th. In 1986, we saw a run up in both silver and equities but silver corrected prior to equities.
Everything is lining up in a similar way today versus 1986 and 1987
However...
Look at the Dow Jones Industrial Average 1915 to 1929..... Look familiar?
I'd say that Martin is correct in saying ... the money is going to leave government treasuries and go into US index's and probably everything else.... for that matter.
