Can bitcoin going up to 25000 today

I am doubt that bitcoin will going up to 25000 today (12/16/2017), and surely it is the fair market price is around 15000 to 18000. For the Bitcoin future trading, it will limit the bitcoin price to go up more. It is the way I can see is that the Bitcoin future trading will not be good for bitcoin.

For sure, if you think bitcoin can hit to 25000 it will be good time to hold it. But, if it is really hit between 20000 to 25000. What is the estimate price to sale. If I own bitcoin, the selling price for me should be around 18000 for today market.
