The one thing in stocks that is impossible: Buy at the lowest level and sell at the highest!
If you have the opinion it might hit 5k, just make sure you've got about 20% (or so) in cash left to buy in.
20%....lol 20% would be nice yes.
A way to find out is to wait for it to go up, then come back down. If the down correct is above the current level, that means probably the low is it and you buy then.
MACD suggests this is less likely but 6900 is still on the table.
