Just another necessary step.
In my opinion the more mainstream media is, the more unlikely it is that banks start shutting accounts that recieve transactions from exchanges (as it is known to happen).
And I don't think that Bitcoin can be as easily subverted as the current monteray system.
All in all, I think that having more people involved is better.
A little more general education on crypto would't help, though. To avoid hacks and scams.
