Coinbase site down!!! What's happening

Just went to coinbase and their site is 'down for maintenance' and 'experiencing a high volume of traffic'. Is this the amount of people trying to jump onto the bitcoin trend?

Hopefully it's not a hack. My betting is it's that so many people want a piece of bitcoin and not miss out on the exchanges issuing futures this weekend and the 18th that it's crashing their site.

See the price of bitcoin just soaring though.
