We have alot of whales on steemit such as Dan who is worth $5,926,253.39 in American dollars you also have Craig Grant who is worth $236,607.80 in American dollars. So obviousley you get it whales have lots of voting power and are worth tons of money.
Step 1 always upvote and stay active in thecommunity so you can get a loyal fanbase kind of like you tube.
Step 2 Curration rewards always resteem other post so you can help the other content creator gain attention in the community. You also recive steem power and steem.
Step 3 Make good post by putting time and effort into you post so they can gain money and relevance.
