Thanks for sharing. It saddens me that when all is said and done, most of the exchange companies are in it for the money. Which I think is hypocritical, to say the very least. A short term win is all they're after, but it's not sustainable.
How long must we wait until they learn they need to invest heavily into customer support, and more-so, the customer experience. It didn't take Jeff Bezos very long.
Solving customer problems should be every companies number one growth driver. I have also heard good things about Gemini
