I have gotten payouts from http://moonbit.co.in/?ref=eb44ed918161, it requires you to have 25000 satoshi in your account, but automatically pays out. I am waiting to get some larger amounts on my other faucets so that if they do pay out it won't all be gone to miner fees, but at the moment, all I can confirm is this one.
