#Bitcoin 4 hour chart close up. Buyzone, bulls regaining control imo.

This whole last week looks like gradual whale scalping and accumulation to me. The market has all the justification it needs to become bullish again, with ICE's Bakkt product planned to begin on Nov 12. My bet is many are awaiting confirmation from the CFTC. There are also talks going on with the SEC right now about ETFs. I'm most optimistic about Bakkt personally, and am bullish on both TA and FA.
