And the run down of a few of their uses just makes the precious metals all the more attractive. I think people just get blown away by the math and then tend to pontificate about the gains in cryptos -- because they are so massive.
However, any seasoned pro would advise to not put all your eggs in one basket, and even super-mega-gold-bull-investors, that could still be called responsible, advocate for a "mix" that includes up to 25% of wealth held in gold...
I'd say many of the stackers here have way over 50% of their savings in the metals (not including home ownership), so we're already gold/silver maniacs... and judging by the enthusiasm for bitcoin round here, i'd say further, that this community here at ssg is going to be one of the best performing "hedge funds" out of them all in 2018 -- but wtf do i know? Lol
