Top alt coins in your opinion?

So we all are aware of the top 3 coins (Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin) , but what are some of the lesser known coins that you like that are out (or will ICO soon) and most importantly, WHY? If you have the whitepaper for whatever coin, that would be wonderful. Looking to build out a small portfolio of pins to hold for 3-5+ years that have or will have tangible products or services for sale. What are your favorite coins to hold (HODL!) and why?!
