The many stages of grief at R/Bitcoin. It appears they have entered Bargaining.

Here are a series of snippets I have found recently.

Yeah that's right you fucking noobs! If everyone just had faith in the coin I can finally cash out! HODL YOU FUCKING NOOBS!! This person appears to be suffering from brain damage. How could you have the is attitude that everyone should HODL so "I can cash out"?

In this case the bargaining is that if I can just convince people to HODL maybe this downtrend will go away.

This guy has the solution to the massive downtrend and he shares it with his community. We need that lighting network now boys! That will solve everything and get us back on track! Then we see people who, a week ago didn't give a crap about anything suddenly jump to his side in desperate hope that things will finally turn around.

Are things going to turn around? No I don't see a reason for things to turn around. People are greatly underestimating the difficulty of mass of adoption of Lightning network. Most people are going to turn to alt coins, end of story.

This is not a dip. This is a down trend. A dip ends after a couple days. What we have here is not a fucking dip. Its been going on for a couple weeks now!! Bitcoin does not have the fucking support it once had. The community is too schismatic.

A moderator of R/Bitcoin lashes out at a person who posted some basic and very true criticism of the community and the structure of Bitcoins dev environment. The moderator tells him to fuckoff and calls him an asshole while spewing excuses and half truths to defend Core.

Also the mentality that Bitcoin out performed most alt coins in 2017 is a flagrant lie. Most alt coins as of January 1, 2017 absolutely destroyed bitcoin in terms of percentage gains. I can go into more detail about this but it will need to be its own thread.

And finally, by the way people think of Roger Ver its like he has become Satan to evangelical Christians. Roger is to blame for everything wrong in the world!

"You invested in early tech" Its only 8 years old!! Its but a child by human standards...

Guys this is point blank desperation here... And rather than blame Core for the problem, because they refuse to raise the block size, they look to blame us all with some kind of original sin mentality.

"Its because all of us are just not willing to have faith in new technology... Humans are flawed creatures. Dont worry it will be 25k by New Years Eve ye, of little faith. If we all could just have more faith we can see past this terrible down trend."

Again its bargaining.
