Cross-Chain Tech! The End Of Crypto Tribes!
Crypto Tribes...
"NEO is better!" "No EOS is better" "No ETH is better" "No STEEM is better"... all of them tribes! Crypto is full of tribes...
All the cryptos that I've seen have hodlers with a tribe-like mentality, hodlers that attack each other without any respect! You guys do know that you are speaking with another human being , right? Regardless of that, this tribe-like mentality makes no sense. Let me tell you why...
These tribes attack each other because they think that the other blockchain is trying to compete with them, that it will take use-cases from them, dapps from them, etc... They think this way because in their heads there will only be one blockchain in the future, and it's their blockchain. But is this what truly will happen in the future? Probably not...
Cross Chain Technology!
Cross Chain Technology is, at the moment, something still new and still being developed, but it is the next step in the blockchain evolution! Think of the current space as an ocean, each blockchain is an island, each island has no bridges or boats to go to the other islands, so, the people from island "A" never go to Island "B", they got their own buildings, their own society, their own laws, etc... This is the current crypto space! A bunch of islands with decentralization only within each island! Now think with me...
We all love decentralization, what would further decentralize this crypto space? How about building bridges and boats to travel to the other islands? That is what Cross Chain Technology is doing! Cross-chain Smart Contracts, cross-chain dapps, etc...
Instead of each blockchain being in their own ecosystem, we would connect all the blockchain in a giant ecosystem of decentralization, allowing Smart Contracts to go from ETH to EOS to STEEM or to any other blockchain, cross-chain dapps that runs on multiple blockchains! This is the future of Blockchain!
Blockchain Interoperability Alliance
Blockchain Interoperability Alliance consists of the three main cryptos working in this field, they've done an alliance because they knew that tackling the problem alone would only further increase the amount of time it will take to adopt this technology at a mass scale so, in order to further the development of Cross-chain technology WAN, AION and ICON allied!
You might be wondering, where and why this technology will be so important... let's talk about healthcare!
Encryption allows a new level of security, a hack-proof security. At the moment only a small percentage of healthcare data is encrypted, making it less secure to data breaches. If blockchain tech is adopted in the healthcare system all information would be encrypted by default, increasing the security of that data by a lot!
Most hospitals run on different systems, and that has been a huge problem. Nowadays, since the rise of fast transports, society travels a lot, human beings travel all over the world, nonstop, and some have medical issues during their travels. Hospitals nowadays normally share information through unencrypted systems that are, not only not hack-proof, but take very long to pass the data, all the bureaucracy hasn't made it any easier. By adopting blockchain Interoperability all these data would be faster and more easily shared between hospitals and between blockchains all around the world, diminishing the time of communication, one of the most precious things in healthcare!
The costs of sharing highly sensitive information would also be diminished by a lot in these cases. Diminishing costs to the patients, to the hospital and to the government.
There are, however, some problems adopting blockchain interoperability, the fact that not all blockchains have the same language is the main one, I won't go into much detail here since I don't know the ins and outs of such tech, but open protocol would allow a universal language that all blockchains speak, Atomic Swamps is one of these Open Protocols.
So, to sum it all up... The future is in cross-chain tech, when this happens all the chains will speak with one another, there will be no reason to fight amongst ourselves, no reason to have tribes, no reason to see who the top dog is. We will all thrive in a worldwide blockchain decentralized system! Hundreds of Blockchains, speaking with one another, thousands of dapps, millions of Smart Contracts! A faster world! A crypto world! A blockchain world!

Tribe-ish mindset its convenient, because its mean, here are WE, the smarts and beautifuls, and there are the OTHERS, the poors. And the people like the idea, they are better than the others :) Even if it is ridiculous :D
The cross-chain solutions are good, and yes, so useful, i have no doubt, this will be the next main step in the evolution of cryptoverse.

Thanks for reading :) Yes, blockchain trully will be the future, at least the next big thing, after this whole thing calms down I'll probably go and buy space-related stock/water desalinization stock/ AI related stock... still don't know but these 3 are my next buys after this whole space calms down and becomes a second stock market....
