bitcoin made that leap of faith up to the $12k mark but steem and sbd surprise me the most!

morning, woke to green indicators all around (well apart from xrp but i bough that so cheap that i don’t worry about it as long as it’s higher than like $0.20!) i really thought that bitcoin would drop down to $8k levels yesterday but it looked like it rebounded back to $13k last night at some point, what’s really got me surprised thou is steem and sbd.

to see SBD back in the $7 is awesome, got a feeling we can expect it’s march back up to the $10 territory at least in the short term, i didn’t expect it to head back up, seems that whenever we see a push on bitcoin that SBD now takes a jump too, pretty awesome especially when i’ve had at least a year at seeing SBD not move like that.

also seeing steem at $5 is super healthy, i’m considering having a week of just 100% instead of 50/50 so i can try and build up that steem power over the coming three months — i’d like to be carrying somewhere between 3 to 5 thousand steem at least in the short term and it’s nice to see the price of that drop a little bit to $0.75 per steem, nearly 1.5x times what you can get with your SBD earnings — having seen it go above a dollar in the last week it’s a good time to be adding more steem power to my account.

i cashed out a bunch of steem yesterday which i sold for $4 ish to add to my DASH reserves, i cleared out my bitcoin from one wallet because i was expecting it to drop again — that never happened but i didn’t lose out either way, i’m not one for playing the HODL routine on some crypto currencies because i actively use them for upgrading equipment for content creation for courses and also instructional videos and vlogs this year.

like i mentioned i managed to cover the green screen final cost yesterday and that’s going to be delivered in a few days time into a nearby town, it weighs about 20lb so it’s kinda like a light speaker and it’s quite quick to get to the bus stop from the shop i ordered it too — i decided to get gift cards and each week i’d get another card and add it to my wallet, it’s a good way of saving to get something and i know it’s gonna improve the content quality if i don’t have to have the stress of worrying if the screen is uniform.

my saving portfolio is looking healthy, whenever i cleared down my main crypto wallet i was always left with a sense that i should have been holding something back but with the outstanding bills i have it’s probably going to clear that all down by the end of january and then it’s on with building that all up again — just taking from one pot to fill another, value exchange from one place to another, i’m incredibly thankful for access to resources.

ok, hour and thirty minutes before my daughter has to leave so it’s probably a good idea if i get her setup for the day, trying to think what to prepare for food for the day so i don’t have to spend too much time doing the usual food snacking throughout the day, kinda want saturday to be a little bit more mellow because it feels we have been on the move all week and i’m feeling kinda exhausted!
