Another Exchange Eyes Bitcoin Futures Offering: Trillions Going To Roll Into Cryptocurrencies
It appears another exchange is contemplating getting into the Bitcoin futures market.
According to a Bloomberg report today, the Latin American country's Mercado de Termino de Rosario (Rofex) is focusing on how it might offer cryptocurrency futures as part of its suite of offerings. Rofex has preliminarily drafted its plans to provide custody services for the digital asset and the use of bitcoin as collateral in futures trading for its clients.
This is the second time this week we got news about Bitcoin based derivatives. Wall Street is starting to set up shop to enter this market. When they do, it will be in a big way.
Rofex head Diego Fernandez said in an interview that the possible offering is at "laboratory stage" and that the firm plans to make an announcement "before the end of the year."
This coincides with CME Group's announcement that they will offer Bitcoin futures contracts by the end of the year.
As I stated a number of times on here, we will see a couple trillion dollars flow into this sector over the next few years of which Bitcoin will take the lion's share. If you are not already into cryptocurrencies, now is a good time to get involved. We will see a massive explosion.

Its absurd to why investors would buy futures of bitcoin instead of just buying bitcoin. But I wouldnt at all surprised when wallstreet does it.

Be extra wary of these futures, derivatives kind of instruments - yes they call it instruments - and these are the ones that fc up the global financial system and transferred more wealth to the richest 1-2%.
