Nowadays a lot of people use the word hodl(ing). Urban dictionary describes it here:

I want to share the story behind it. In December 2013 someone got drunk:

I guess most of you already knew it but this kind of history should be teached to everyone.

    I've seen this HODL background before, and it always makes me smile. Amidst the angst of this post is a ton of wisdom regarding crypto-currency. Every time I read it I can't help but feel for this guy, and I can picture him smiling now, as this was written in 2013, and BTC has exploded since then!
