Just read @themarkymark and @berniesanders posts regarding this matter. Great to see this kind of riff raff is being black listed by some with influence around here.

My question is: when will @minnowbooster reject this known con artist's delegated SP and stop paying him hundreds of SBD daily? Can users reject SP delegations from blacklisted con artists? If not, this should certainly be considered in the next hard fork of the steem blockchain.
