This ICO looks shaky as hell, website not finished, poor English translations (Hong Kong). However, this is a winner, and here is why.
China banned ICOs. So all of the investors in China will be investing in this ICO via VPN or whatever means they have, because it's in close geographic proximity.
So I figured, hey what the hell. Why not throw a few hundred or more on it. Not much to lose, a lot to gain. If it doesn't work out, no sweat.
