Unlike the norm, ProBit is taking the effort to place at least 95% of user funds in cold wallet.
That simply aint true, that is in fact the norm for most reputable exchanges, with some exceeding that number.
Did I say, "unlike the norm for most reputable exchanges?" I'm drawing a comparison of exchanges across the board.
