Just exactly are they going to enforce this? If you're traveling in or out of the USSA, delete all apps related to crypto-currencies. Or have a second phone that you only use when traveling to or from USSA that's clean. Doesn't mean it isn't stored in a brain wallet or elsewhere that can be accessed. All they're proving is that they are desperate for suckers money because they have an addiction to spending money...not to mention, they don't know what the heck they are talking about. One more reason I don't live in the USSA!
