Uber Co-Founder to Create New Crypto Currency to Take on Bitcoin - Reserve Your Free 500 Coins Now
Garret Camp is a co-founder of the online taxi app Uber.
He has decided to create a new crypto currency that he says will rival the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
I'm sure everyone who creates a new token has the same dreams, but Garret reckons this will be the mother of all coins.
Here are the details of his dream, and it seems ambitious to me.
Name of the Token - Eco.
Number of coins to be created - One Trillion.
Deployment - 50% of the coins will be given to the first One Billion verified people who sign up.
20% will go to Universities.
10% will go to Advisers.
10% to create a Eco Foundation to oversee the currency.
There will be no ICO!
This will not be a truly decentralised currency, as all transactions will be carried out by verified nodes and networks also by user-friendly web and mobile apps to encourage new users to take part.
Really it all seems a big dream to me, and I am not sure where the value is in this dream.
