I don't think you can set a ceiling on Bitcoin, either... but the real question I end up with is whether BTC will "hold up" under the pressure of newer, faster, more user friendly coins coming to market. In other words, 20 years from now, will Bitcoin be what the Open Directory was to the Internet-- revolutionized how web content was indexed, founding principles still in use, but today is little more than a historical relic.

How can one join these interviews with people who didnt see it coming without at oeast joining THE hangout where its members saw this coming 9 years ago?

Insightful. 1 million does not sound real, but I believe you that you cannot put an upper limit on the BTC price.
