In my opinion trading it for Steem might be a good choice because bitcoin is about to fork, so it might not go up for sometime but all alt-coins are likely to follow suit. One thing I've learned is not to let anyone else trade for you, not that they're wrong, but you don't really get the learning experience that you do from trading yourself
