ZCash Mining Results with an RX 470 OC GPU (using Claymore Miner v7) + ROI Estimation

I recently built a custom PC to mess around with mining cryptocurrencies, I bought a Sapphire RX 470 OC as the GPU, and an Intel i3-4170 for the CPU. I am currently getting around 145-150 H/s from my GPU mining Zcash with the new Claymore mining software.
So with getting roughly 150 H/s from my GPU I decided to hop over to Coinwarz to see how much I am making, and how long it would take to ROI, I bought the GPU for $180 with a $10 mail in rebate. These were my results:
I think that a 4 month ROI is really good, what do you guys think?
This is interesting, does that include electricity costs?
Yeah, you can see in the estimated earnings picture, the electricity for me would be roughly $0.25 per day.
