That's correct. Many views are filtered to this site through youtube, twitter, and www.cryptocurrencytrends.info . The growth of the blog is huge, which will eventually lend to more people signing up who can then give their vote. Also, the payouts are lower than expected because there are many many many people who are brand new to steemit just to see Haejin's blog and post questions or comments. They certainly are appreciated and will need time to build up their payout value.
