10 years prison jail-time when owning crypto in India is ridiculous by lacking knowledge to understand the fundamental technological developments!
The internet is a place with continuous future improvements of technological developments to solve problems. Anywhere where freedom is in danger with a totalitarian oppressive fascist dictatorial tyrannical draconian regime is a danger for the world and all of humanity. To make a ban on crypto is also impossible because its decentralized, secure & anonymous. To make a ban on it is lacking knowledge and basic fundamentals of crypto-currency about the benefits what this technology can really mean to liberate all humanity when used wisely. Now only 3-4% of total population have crypto what if 100% of population can use it in the near future? Crypto is not just about money, its beyond money, its torrent on steroids with cryptography, decentralized services, it's about more decentralized freedom, but also financial freedom that can be more fairly distributed and can store any value of information on a secure decentralized blockchain that is almost unhackable and hacker-proof with cutting edge technology and even more secure then most banks when used self-responsible. Also most people in the world don't even have a bank account yet. But they have a mobile phone so they can have a secure free open-source crypto-wallet to store crypto on their phone to own the secure digital assets themselves, to receive and send money and to do business around the world. Big companies, institutions, big banks & governments around the world are also into crypto. Crypto is also already integrated in Brave web-brower and more browers, but also apps are going to have integrated crypto-wallets soon. Facebook and Microsoft have billions of users are also planning to create their own crypto-currency to join the game and more big companies are going to join. This is the future of crypto-currency, the new internet and web 3.0. While India want to ban crypto to face 10 years in prison is just ridiculous development and while the central Indian Government want to create their own crypto-currency called the "Digital Rupee" to ban all other crypto and punish innocent people heavily is a bad move and they will lose lots of capital for that. Let we say let them create their crypto and join the game where everyone can join to see how far they come in the total market capital of all other crypto's of the free market in crypto-space with a total market capital that is already worth many hundreds billion$ of money and in the near future it will be many trillion$ more. I say let we all join together to collaborate peacefully in the world with crypto to protect our freedom & privacy for financial freedom and to share information & knowledge to create only progress, solutions and to raise consciousness without censure and that our freedom will not get compromised by faulty criminal governments that only want to oppress further technological developments & improvements. We shall further improve, develop and be a catalyst for change to embrace it.

It's ridiculous in my opinion how much people put up with government and how much government also tries to cling to their power.
Hopefully one day in the future we are more free and we break from this corruption we've dealt with for so long.
