9k-10k : 4 days
10k-11k: 3 days
11k-12k : 1 day

at that point we have to move over to 10k increments.

10k-20k: 23 days
20k-30k : 62 days
30k-40k : 61 days
40k-50k: 8 days
50k-60k 13days
60k-70k : 14 days
70k-80k: 9 days
80k-90k : 4 days
90k-100k: 3 days then move to 100k increments.
